Late Policy
Please notify us if you will be late for your dog’s drop-off to help avoid fees and ensure we can still accommodate your appointment. If we’re unable to answer, please leave a voicemail. Our schedule is carefully planned around drop-off and pick-up times, and late arrivals can impact your dog’s service as well as other clients. We understand that delays happen and will do our best to work with you.
A late fee of $5 will be applied for every 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.
Each dog is considered a separate appointment; late fees are assessed per pet.
Any appointment 30 minutes or more late will incur a late fee OR the pet will be rescheduled, regardless of advance notice.
Appointments arriving 30 minutes or more late will be treated as Call Pick-Up, with completion based on the day’s existing schedule. This may result in an end-of-day pick-up, regardless of drop-off time.
Last Minute Cancellation Policy
Appointments not canceled by the previous day may prevent other clients from scheduling and result in lost time and income. If you need to cancel, please call and leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer or if it is after hours. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will do our best to work with you when possible.
A $10 fee will be applied if an appointment is not canceled by 3:30 PM the day prior.
Fees will be added to your next visit.
Each dog is considered a separate appointment, and fees are applied per dog.
No Show Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least one hour prior to the scheduled time to avoid being marked as a No Show. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail. No Shows result in lost time, income and limit availability for other clients. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will do our best to work with you whenever possible.
First No Show: 50% of the service fee is due
Second No Show: 100% of the service fee is due
Third No Show: 100% of the service fee is due, and all future appointments must be prepaid at the time of scheduling
NO SHOW DURING HOLIDAYS: 100% of the service fee is due regardless if it’s the first offense!
Appointments not canceled at least one hour prior to the scheduled time will be considered a No Show, and the applicable fee will be charged.
Each dog is treated as a separate appointment; for bookings with multiple dogs, each dog will be counted as a No Show if not properly canceled.
No Show fees are calculated based on the standard service package price, as additional services such as de-matting and handling cannot be assessed in advance.
All No Show fees are non-refundable and will be applied to your next visit.
LASTLY, we are not a “free daycare!” Each dog must be picked up promptly after grooming. A $45 daycare fee will be added if your dog stays for two hours or more after you have been notified of completion!
